there's some kind of stomach bug floating around, and 2 of the guys in the band have been puking and pooping--oh my!!!  touring is hard.  it's exhausting and rigorous.  We've all been fighting colds and now this.  Meow!  But the best part is, we're all so nice about it.  Someone gets sick and no one treats anyone like a disease, which actually helps people get better faster I think. 

walked around brighton today.  discovered the beach which has no sand on it.  it's all just really smooth rocks.  and when waves crash on them and then go back out to see, you hear a clattering of smooth stones washing over each other.  it was incredible!!  it felt and sounded very "zen".  the people here are so lovely.  it's a really cool hippie town.  I'd come back here in a heartbeat.  :)
